—How does your organization approach DEIA?
—What metrics do you use to measure DEIA progress?
—What DEIA milestones are you most proud of achieving?
—Which DEIA areas are you focusing on for future improvement?
—What forms of inclusion (racial, cultural, religious, immigrant background, gender identity and expression, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, etc.) are important to your work?
