GRANT REPORTING
The Clowes Fund recently launched online Grant Reports. If you have a Grant Report due in 2025, it will be loaded into GOapply by 3/1/25. Follow instructions below to submit a Grant Report via GOapply:
1. Log into the GOapply portal using the blue access button below these instructions. (Note: your email address is your login; reset your password as needed.)
2. Click on the In Progress tab in blue ribbon menu at top of page.
3. Find the correct Phase Name and Due Date associated with your Grant Report (e.g., Year 1 Report due 8/1/25).
4. Click View to the left of the correct listing to access and complete.
5. GOapply is designed to mirror data that is in our system back to you (e.g., application data and in some cases current org data). If you detect any issue with viewing this data, please first clear your browser cache/history and/or try a different browser, and then log in again. Fund staff is available to help if problems persist.
6. Submit your Grant Report by 11:59 PM on the Due Date.
7. When you click Submit, do not close your browser until you receive the Submission Confirmation Email (receipt may take several minutes; also, check Junk/Spam folders). If you do not receive this email, it is a sign we did not receive your Grant Report. Your Grant Report PDF can be viewed and downloaded/saved from your GOapply account.
